Awards

The Society for Experimental Finance, in collaboration with Chapman University, bestows awards upon researchers for publishing path-breaking research papers in international journals or for having excellent research ideas. Named after pioneering experimental economist and Nobel Prize laureate Vernon Lomax Smith, the award recognizes excellent research proposals by young (Vernon L. Smith Young Talent Award) and excellent publications by senior (Vernon L. Smith Excellence Award) researchers in experimental finance.
